A ride on tram number 12 is a great way to go sightseeing on your own in Oslo. The tram stops near popular attractions such as Vigeland Sculpture Park, Aker Brygge, City Hall, Christiania Torv and Akershus Fortress.
Tram number 12 runs between Majorstuen in Oslo west and Kjelsås in Oslo north, and the contrasts are many on the journey through some of Oslo’s most exciting areas.
The tram passes through the elegant Frogner and Vika neighbourhoods and continues across City Hall Square by the harbour on its way to the historic Kvadraturen area.
It then crosses Karl Johans gate on the way to Grünerløkka before passing through the Torshov neighbourhood on its way to the final stop at Kjelsås.
